-Minimum 10–15 years of relevant construction experience, with significant experience in bulk earthworks and major civil/infrastructure projects.

-Manage and oversee large-scale bulk earthworks and civil construction projects.

-Lead excavation, filling, grading, compaction, backfilling, and site development activities.

-Manage project schedule, budget, resources, quality, and HSE compliance.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

-Monitor progress, resolve technical/site issues, and ensure timely project completion.
