-Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Permit coordination, preferably in oil & gas, EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.

-Valid ADNOC-approved Permit-to-Work certification/training is required.

-Coordinate and manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) process in accordance with ADNOC requirements and site procedures.

-Review permit applications to ensure all required information, risk assessments, method statements, and supporting documents are complete.

-Coordinate with Permit Issuers, Permit Receivers, Area Authorities, HSE personnel, and site supervisors for permit approval and execution.

-Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, PTW procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.

-Maintain accurate records and registers of all active, suspended, expired, and closed permits.

-Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with PTW requirements.
