-Highschool Diploma or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Technical or Vocational Certificate or a related field – preferred, especially in construction, civil works, electrical, mechanic

5–10 years of relevant experience in water and road infrastructure projects.

-Strong knowledge of civil, roadworks, and water infrastructure works.

-Ability to read drawings and work instructions.

-Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.

-Ability to supervise manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.

-Knowledge of HSE requirements and quality control procedures.

-Good site coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
