-Minimum 10–15 years of relevant construction experience, with significant experience in bulk earthworks and major civil/infrastructure projects.

-Manage and supervise bulk earthworks and civil construction activities.

-Oversee excavation, backfilling, grading, filling, compaction, and site preparation works.

-Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.

-Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with approved specifications.

-Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Survey, Planning, and Project Management teams.

-Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and within the approved schedule and budget.

-Resolve site issues and provide technical and operational support to the construction team.

-With prior ADNOC experience preferred; immediate joiners will be given priority.
